Nikki Clarke

Nikki has an extensive background in accounts across a variety of industries and joined the team in early 2023. Nikki was seeking a position where she could continue to pursue her passion for Accounts whilst having the opportunity to make a real difference in our community. Nikki is deeply empathetic and has a knack for finding something in common with everyone she speaks to. Nikki forms trusting and meaningful relationships with clients, staff and plan managers, as well as actively participating in other facets of management within the company. Nikki's role in accounts sees her invoicing for our services, processing timesheets (which involves aligning shift coding with NDIS/Aged Care approved services), negotiating prices with 3rd party companies, liaising with our accountants, processing pays and tracking many many spreadsheets of data!
