Shania joined the Jessie May's Family at the beginning of 2023. Having come from a diverse customer service background where she would often work multiple roles, she is efficient and enjoys the fast pace and time sensitive challenges her role brings. Shania is responsible for a diverse range of tasks within Jessie May's, handling daily contact with clients and staff, as well as managing the onboarding and scheduling of new client referrals and rostering. A versatile, bubbly, fun and essential part of our team, Shania is always happy to learn something new if it means being able to help, and she is passionate about helping and supporting people from all walks of life.
